ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Elliott! I’m an aspiring wildlife caretaker and will be going back to school in the fall to pursue that dream. While wildlife is my passion, I’m a lover of all animals and I have a special place in my heart for cats and dogs. I’ve been pet sitting for friends and family for over 10 years and have 3 years of professional experience working in a dog boarding facility.
Most of my free time is spent caring for my own little zoo that includes 6 cats, a leopard gecko, a hognose snake, and jumping spiders. When I’m not hanging out with my animals, I enjoy hiking, reading, crafting, and singing karaoke.
MY GO-TO FURRY FRIEND ACTIVITIES
Teaching simple tricks and snuffle mats/puzzle feeders for mental engagement, playing one-on-one with toys for physical exercise, and bird/people watching for relaxing enrichment.
MY OWN PETS
My six cats, Jasper, Clancy, Fisher, Mowgli, Djinn, and Banshee run the house. The boys love to run around and wrestle each other. The girls would rather relax in their beds and sleep the day away. But they’re all happiest when they’re getting love from their humans. My reptiles and spiders are the sweetest and love getting time outside of their enclosures to explore.

Respecting animals is the best way to build trust. They will tell you what they want/need, you just have to understand them and listen.
